The Design Service in 3 easy steps:
Step 1:
An interior designer pays you a visit*
Your Design Service experience begins with a home consultation, available from as little as $150 for three rooms. The fee is redeemable on Made to Measure orders & Home product purchases of $2,000 or more, valid from six months from date of issue.
A professional Interior Design Consultant will listen to your thoughts and requirements, looking at ideas you may have pulled together from magazines, brochures, etc, before using them as a focused starting point to create something truly inspiring. The consultant will have swatches, catalogues and sample books, and will work with you to select the style, treatments and products that will start to bring the vision to life.
*The service is available in most metropolitan areas of cities in which Laura Ashley stores are located. Country visits may be available in selected locations; please note, travel fees apply.
Step 2:
A mood board* and estimate in around a week
Within 7-10 days, you will receive a mood board, samples and a detailed estimate. Your Consultant will then make a follow up call to
discuss the scheme, answer any queries and help to develop the project further. We’re not just here for the arty bits – we can also assist with providing installation of curtains and blinds as well as Laura Ashley carpets.
All the while in the background, we’ll be developing and fine tuning any bespoke designer solutions.
*Mood boards available on request for quotes to the value, or in excess, of $5,000.
Step 3:
Just place your order with your Designer. It couldn’t be easier!
Your Design Service Consultant will guide you through the simple process of placing your order and monitor your job through to completion.
