paying you a visit
The first step is to arrange a time for one of our experienced consultants to visit you in the comfort of your own home. This can be organised with one of our many stores across Australia. The design service is also available in some country areas.

store locations link for our store contact details. There is an initial $150 visit fee, which is deducted from your final purchase once you spend more than $2000. (Terms and conditions apply)

During the visit, we'll discuss your ideas along with many other samples and suggestions from a consultant.
Together you will be able to determine a scheme that creates the look you wish to achieve and suits your lifestyle.

Laura Ashley homewares, which include bedlinen, lighting, cushions and throws in our current range. Alternatively, designed and custom made for you
Next you will be sent an individual design pack, which will include details of the proposed scheme, a colour sample board, a cost estimate, plus any other information you require. Once you have had time to study the pack, your consultant will call you for your comments, changes, or approval. On placing the order, your consultant will monitor its progress through to completion and is always on hand to offer advice and answer questions. This is all part of our unique service.
