The best way is by downloading the Laura Ashley app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and choosing the Join option. You can also creating an account online at laura-ashley.com.au or by asking a staff member in store to create an account for you
You can update them through the Laura Ashley iPhone or Android App or by logging into the Laura Ashley website using your email and password. If you have forgotten your details please follow the ‘forgot password’ prompts in the app or on the site. Staff in store will also be able to update your details at checkout.
A valid and unique email address is a requirement of our loyalty program. When you earn rewards we need to be able to let you know - email is the quickest way for us to do this. If you don’t want to be a member you can still find out about Laura Ashley sales and offers by visiting our website, following us on Instagram, becoming a Laura Ashley fan on Facebook or downloading our Laura Ashley app on Apple App Store or Google Play store
Your mobile number is recommended. As it gives us a convenient way to quickly identify you in store. If we can't reach you on your email address we may need to contact you via SMS or call you directly to administer your membership.
Simply go to www.laura-ashley.com.au and login to your profile. You can make any changes to your details by following the instructions on your member profile page.
Only your recent online orders will appear at www.laura-ashley.com.au. For a complete purchase history, please contact customer.service@laura-ashley.com.au.
Check your junk folder to ensure that your Laura Ashley emails are not being classified as “junk”. You will need to mark these emails as “safe” in order to ensure they go straight to your inbox.

Generally orders take approx. 10-15 business days to be shipped. If we have any issues fulfilling your order which may delay delivery time you will be contacted by customer service.
Unfortunately we do not give authority for orders to be left at your doorstep. If the delivery address is unattended the courier will leave a card and advise you on how to obtain your order.
Yes, provided we have stock of the size you require. You may receive a refund if the product is not a sale item and is returned in its original packaging. Please see our refund policy for further information.
