We happily exchange or refund for change of mind, but only on items that are returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, unused, unwashed and with tags and packaging,so long as they are not sale/promotional items.

We do not offer refunds (other than in accordance with your statutory rights)on sale/promotional items: exchange or voucher only. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns (other than in accordance with your statutory rights) of Intimate Apparel,Hats, Swimwear, Earrings, Pillows, Mattresses,Mattress and Pillow Protectors, Eiderdowns and Duvets.

We offer the choice of voucher, refund or exchange (with proof of purchase) on any item that is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or not fit for purpose.
